How do Pre-Orders work?

Pre-orders are only available for pick-up at specified dates and locations. A week ahead of our events, we will open pre-orders on the website for eligible items. Customers can prepay for these items and pick them up at the scheduled event the following week. Details for pick-ups will be shared in the pre-order form and on social media accounts.
If the Store says “No results found” - Pre-orders are not open yet, check back soon!
Where do I pick up my pre-order?

If you paid for a pre-order through our online Store, there will be details for the pick-up location listed in the pre-order form. Pick-ups are only available at specific upcoming events which will be shared during the ordering process. Pre-orders cannot be picked up outside of these specified times/locations.
What happens if I miss my pre-order pick-up?

If you cannot come pick up your order on the date or location specified, please reach out to us to make alternative arrangements. Use our contact form or email us directly for the fastest response.
Are there limits to the pre-orders? What if I’m planning for a party or large gathering?

If you plan to place a large pre-order (more than 4 units of each product), please use the contact form or email us directly to make arrangements. We want to be sure we have enough stock to fulfill your order and large orders may need to be placed further in advance. For large orders to serve at gatherings and parties, reach out to us directly with at least 2 weeks notice to ensure your order can be fulfilled.
